SAUZA HORNITOS BLACK BARREL

こんばんは。今回はHORNITOS BLACK BARRELのご紹介です。

このテキーラは「オレンダイン」、「クエルボ」に並ぶテキーラ御三家の1つ、「サウザ」のテキーラです。

長期熟成のアネホで、熟成の工程がユニークです。

まずは12ヶ月間アメリカンオーク樽で、
次に4ヶ月間内面をしっかり焦がした樽で、
最後に2ヶ月間、さらに強く焦がした樽で熟成させます。

以上のように3段階、樽の内面の火入れ(チャー)にも変化をつけて作られます。

Good evening. this time we introduce you to HORNITOS BLACK BARREL.
This is a tequila of Sauza that is one of the three major tequila brands, with Orendain and Cuervo being the other two.
It is an añejo aged for a long period of time, and the aging process is unique.
Firstly, aging takes place for 12 months in an American oak barrel.
Secondly, aging takes place for 4 months in a barrel having a sufficiently scorched inner surface.
Lastly, aging takes place for 2 months in a barrel having a more strongly scorched inner surface.
As mentioned above, it is produced in three stages, varying the scorching (charring) of the barrels’ inner surfaces.
Only one bottle of this tequila is available for us to offer.
